OVERVIEW

HeyKuya PH is a concierge service app designed to help users with everyday tasks and lifestyle needs.

This project focused on developing a refreshed brand identity, supporting marketing materials, and redesigning key app screens to create a more engaging and user-friendly experience.

The goal was to present HeyKuya as a reliable, modern, and approachable service for a younger, lifestyle-driven audience.

The existing brand lacked a clear and consistent identity that could effectively communicate its value and usability.

The app experience also needed improvement to better align with user expectations, particularly in terms of clarity, navigation, and overall visual appeal.

PROCESS

The project began with understanding the target audience and how they interact with service-based apps.

From there, a refreshed visual direction was developed and applied across both the app interface and marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
